Our Story
Where Metrico Began.
Metrico Hospitality Group was created from hands-on experience building and operating businesses in Southern California's event and hospitality industries. We didn't start in a boardroom — we started on the floor, behind the bar, on the stage, and in the venue.
Over years of working across weddings, private events, corporate gatherings, entertainment production, and venue operations, we recognized a consistent gap: great hospitality spaces and concepts were underperforming not because of a lack of passion, but because of a lack of operational structure, strategic direction, and the right partnerships.
Metrico was built to close that gap — combining the creative energy of hospitality with the operational discipline and business development expertise needed to build something that lasts.
